We wish to thank all our lovely and valued customers and dealers, throughout the years who have supported our Orpington stamp and postcard fair.

These have now finished, so we can concentrate on our new shop, in Petts Wood, which is gradually becoming busier, so if you are local, please pop along and say hello, browse and enjoy a tea/coffee and some biscuits!

We are situated at the old ‘Hair in The Square’ shop in Petts Wood and our new KJ Stamps Ltd sign will be installed soon.

Our open hours, are as follows:

Tuesday         9am to 5pm

Wednesday  10am to 2pm

Thursday       10am to 2pm

Friday            9am to 5pm

Saturday     By appointment

We have changed a few things in the shop, so we now have more room and are fully open, Tuesday to Friday. Though on Saturday, please let us know if you are popping along and we will ensure that we are there to welcome you.

If you would like to look at anything specific, please let us know in advance and we can arrange to have this ready for you, or you are more than welcome to just browse.

All our KJ Stamps website auction items, Buy It Now items and keithstamps5000 Ebay/Delcampe seller items will be available to see, buy, bid on and collect from our shop too.

We would also mention that whilst we arrange for a contactless card terminal, the shop will be cash only for the time being.

Fundraising News

At our final Orpington stamp fair, customers raised £62.59 for Children in Need / Pudsey Bear and we thank everyone for making a donation in exchange for cake! We also held a raffle to raise funds for the Church whose hall we used.

Pokemon TCG Cards

We have a small selection of Pokemon trading card game, cards, for those of you who may be interested – these are being sold by James, who plays in local Pokemon tournaments – he has a small selection he wishes to sell, to raise funds for new cards. These can be viewed at our last fair, or at the shop.

Delcampe

We are expanding our keithstamps5000 name and have opened a Delcampe seller site.

Birthday, Anniversary or Christmas (yes, for those of you who like to get really organised) presents

We stock an extensive range of Royal Mail Year books, presentation packs and First Day Covers, which make a lovely, unique present.

Please email us, if you are looking for a specific year, date or even theme – Presentation packs come in all types – Harry Potter to insect fans and we can email a selection of photographs for you, prior to purchase.

Website auction news.

ALL January 2026 Auction items can be viewed in person, prior to 1pm on the day the next Auction finishes – Saturday, 31st January at our shop, during open hours.

All items will be sent either between card or in bubble wrap to protect during posting.

Please take a look at our Ebay seller site: keithstamps5000 for a further selection of stamps (singles, pages, collections), covers, postcards, presentation packs, second hand stock books and many other philatelic items.

As the majority of our items start from £1, we are utilising our Buy it now section of the website more, to make this more cost effective for us and to keep our selling prices low for you.

We are currently including more items on our Buy It Now section and new ones are added most Tuesday and Fridays.

We have recently added pages of stamps, which start from 0.50p.

Don’t forget to use the filter option if you are looking for a particular country.

Simon Goldblatt QC (Dec’d) estate

Since late 2022, we have made a very slow start in sorting out the enormous range of material that belonged to Simon Goldblatt QC. The contents of his flat have filled two storage units and our office and it will take many years of patient reviewing of several million stamps and philatelic material to be able to present these at auction. However, we have made a start and each of our auctions in the future will contain a greater proportion of his collection.
